 Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge

This is my recipe for "Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge" - easily the naughtiest and most chocolatey recipe I have ever done!! It only requires 3 ingredients + a double boiler, plus it can be thrown together in less than 5 minutes!

Perfect for serving with coffee!

BEWARE: This fudge is addictive - Chocoholics Beware!!!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

50g of Unsalted Butter
375g of Good Quality Chocolate (Dark Chocolate is excellent)
1 x 375g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Chilling Time: 1 - 3 Hours


Put butter, Chocolate slices and condensed milk together in a bowl. Then melt these ingredients on double boiler for 8-10 min or put it in microwave for about 3 min on high heat. when melts mix together n let it cool. Your delicious mouth watering chocolate fudge is ready.

Cake Frosting
This frosting is easy to make and can be used on cake, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts—any sweet treat!
 
Ingredients:

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 teaspoons light Karo syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespooons butter, softened to room temperature
1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar or icing sugar)
3 tablespoons milk

In a double boiler or small saucepan, melt 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate over low to medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool. When melted chocolate has cooled, place it in a large mixing bowl, along with 2 teaspoons light Karo syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 3 tablespoons softened butter, 1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar, and 3 tablespoons milk. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Immediately spread over cake. m-m-m ... delicious! I will have a special cake for this frosting tomorrow!
